Vasijas Tejidas is an exhibition of contemporary art, design and craft that reinterprets the Phoenician legacy through the female gaze, articulated through two complementary collections of textile vessels and contemporary jewelry, created using leftover materials from GAN Rugs. The project establishes a dialogue between history, materiality, sustainability and contemporary creation, positioning the object as a meeting point between art and design.
The press kit includes the official press release in English and Spanish, a curated selection of high-resolution images, visual assets, and detailed information about the participating creators, their practices, processes and the works developed specifically for the exhibition.
PARTICIPATING CREATORS
Vasijas Tejidas brings together 17 women creators working across art, design, architecture, fashion and contemporary craft, selected for the strength and coherence of their individual practices and their affinity with the conceptual and material universe of the project.
